Job Title

Software Implementation Specialist

As a Software Implementation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery of software and IT hardware as per requirements. You will be coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders to achieve this goal.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in software integration and validation, with experience in HES/MDM and quality audits. He/she will be responsible for assisting the field IT team in achieving 100% SLA and preparing regular reports for upper management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed by internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of software and IT hardware.
  • Assist the field IT team in achieving 100% SLA and prepare regular reports for upper management.
  • Identify solutions and opportunities to improve organizational performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification in a relevant field.
  • At least 12 years of experience in software implementation and validation.
  • Proven track record in HES/MDM and quality audits.
