Job Description

As a Sales Technology Owner, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our sales and customer success technology stack to drive pipeline growth and revenue.

  • Manage and customize CRM systems to support sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Build processes to create automations, workflows, and reports that make teams faster and smarter.
  • Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and integrity across the system.
  • Train users, enforce best practices, and be the go-to expert for CRM questions.
  • Drive insights by building dashboards and reports that give leadership visibility into performance metrics.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of CRM administration/management experience (HubSpot strongly preferred).
  • A deep understanding of sales and marketing processes in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a love for data and details.
  • Comfortable managing integrations, APIs, and third-party tools.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to train and coach team members.
