We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Product Leader for Marketing Technology with Healthcare and Life Science expertise.

This role involves overseeing the development and management of our company's Global digital hub serving healthcare professionals. You will work closely with the development team to ensure products meet business requirements, are technically sound, and are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define product vision and strategy
  • Work with the development team to create and prioritize product backlog items.
  • Evaluate and document product requirements.
  • Collaborate with UX designers to create user stories and wireframes.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends in the healthcare and life science industries.
  • Ensure products meet technical and business requirements for marketing technology products.
  • Manage the product roadmap and release schedule.
  • Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions.

Compliance

  • Familiarity with policies and regulations related to Digital technologies, Privacy, and communication.
  • Maintain compliance with local and global security policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technology/Healthcare/FMCG company.
  • Strong technical background and software development processes knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in Agile development methodology and tools such as JIRA.
  • Experience in healthcare and life science marketing technology products is essential.

Technology Management

  • Experience in digital technologies of B2C/B2B/E-commerce websites, CMS, cloud DB, CRM, integration & other API services, Web analytics, SEO, mobile apps development.
  • CMS tools viz Stackbit, Contentful, Figma, Adobe Experience Manager experience is an advantage.
  • Understanding/Expertise of ETL tools, Data Lake, and dashboard visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI.
  • Maintain superior technical expertise in the above areas and can visualize opportunities for growth.
  • Anticipates and avoids technical problems while identifying root causes and implementing solutions/workarounds.
  • Recognized as a technology expert within the organization and actively seeks best trends.
  • Implements strategic architecture initiatives.
  • Effectively uses collaboration tools for communication and resource management.
  • Understanding of tools and strategies required for web analytics.
  • Must have good project management skills managing multiple projects simultaneously.
