SAP Concur Business Solutions Specialist

The position is responsible for implementing and supporting SAP Concur business process solutions. The individual will work closely with H2R DevOps to deploy and maintain SAP Concur for travel and expense.

• Deliver and sustain new technical business systems solutions by executing projects from start to finish, involving activities such as technical requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, technical process documentation, system configuration, and testing.
• Proactively identify and resolve any system-related technical issues that could impact end-user experience, data integrity, or overall system functionality.
• Collaborate with the Client Project Manager to prioritize workload and agree on client service level agreements (SLA).
• Manage multiple SAP Concur complex, global, multi-phased implementations following SAP Concur's implementation methodology.
• Open to share knowledge on SAP Concur and upskill peers.

• Experience in Travel, Expense modules of SAP Concur.
• Strong functional consultant experienced in SAP Concur Expense implementation.
• Experience in configuring the system according to client needs and scope of Concur products/services.
• Experience with core Concur development tools including user administration, imports/exports, forms, workflows, audit rules.
• Evaluate existing customizations, Business Add-Ins (BADI), and enhancements in SAP Concur.
• Gather functional and business requirements from clients and translate into a functional hosted solution design according to client needs and scope of SAP Concur products/services.
• Responsible for managing the global template/baseline configuration and display the ability to configure at a Global level as well as specific features and functionality at a Local level.
• Create of Global Client T&E Process Template and promote client template positioning and adherence during the deployments.
• Provide consultative expertise to the client, including guiding clients through key decisions such as approval or rejection of deviations from the T&E global process template and trade-offs to maintain project scope and timeline.
• Conduct solution demos and functional knowledge transfer sessions according to methodology standards.
• Ensure completion of deliverables, managing schedules, meeting milestones, and ensuring creative/technical success.
• Ability to perform issue identification, communications, and resolutions for moderately complex issues.
• Guiding End users – Provide user training.
• Experience in SAP HCM and ERP system is an added advantage.

• Bachelor¹s or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Certifications in SAP Concur.
• 3 to 8 Yrs. Experience in implementation and support for SAP Concur (Travel, Expense).
• Excellent communication, verbal and written skills.

• Ability to conduct functional reviews of configurations completed by other Implementation/Functional Consultants.
• Ability to create and deliver functional documentation, such as CID, T&E policies and process documentation.
• Ability to review iterative deliverable versions with the client to ensure appropriate sign-off procedures.
• Familiarity with key fields and formats of all key integrations from and to SAP Concur - employee import, list import (for cost objects), attendee import, and standard accounting extract. Additional expertise on integration points, formats or transfer mechanisms is favorable, but not mandatory.
• Experience in SAP suites preferred.
• Functional Trainings (internal and external): ability to provide various levels of training to client team (back-office, system admin, configuration training and specific SAP Concur role trainings).
