Job Title: SAP Concur Travel & Expense Specialist

Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Concur Travel & Expense Specialist to manage configuration, integration, reporting, and support for our Concur and Spotnana systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of travel industry regulations and best practices, as well as hands-on expertise in Concur configurations and ERP integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure Concur & Spotnana platforms, including travel policies, approval hierarchies, and workflow modifications.
  • Ensure compliance with travel industry regulations and best practices in all configurations and processes.
  • Manage Concur integration with ERP systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process efficiency.
  • Develop and enhance Concur reports to meet business needs.
  • Perform periodic analysis and troubleshoot incidents, identifying root causes and implementing permanent solutions.
  • Provide end-user support and resolve production support issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize travel & expense processes.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Mandatory:

  • Hands-on experience with Concur & Spotnana configuration (travel policies, approval hierarchies, workflows).

  • In-depth knowledge of travel industry regulations and best practices.
  • Strong expertise in ConcurERP integration.
  • Experience in Concur report development and enhancements.

  • Proven ability in incident analysis, troubleshooting, RCA, and production support.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
