The ConcurEngineer possesses deep skills and experience indesign, implementation and deployment ofintegrated Travel & Expense Processes withinConcur. In this job, you will:* Leverage best practices to design, implement,and support configuration /development forTravel & Expense business processes in aConcur environment* Be the advisor showcasing expert knowledge ofConcur applications in fit-gap design/solutionworkshops and meetings, managing Concurchanges and enhancements as the SME in T&Eprocesses* Demonstrate a clear understanding of theoverall solution architecture and cloudintegration methods with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle and other legacy applications* Collaborate with Concur Service deliverymanager, project delivery managers andproject leaders, AMS/Shared Services/supportteams to resolve Concur product/config relatedissues with service requests requiring Concurcloud support (customizations, config)* Maintain Merck Concur Deployment playbookand lead localization/functional configurationand cutover for each implementation cluster* Gain visibility and knowledge of new productenhancements and roadmap in order to drivesustainable solution design and valuerealizationCollaborates with Concur testers or key users toensure quality assurance* Deliver state of the art Functional specificationsor confiquration documentsWho You Are:.Bachelor/master's degree in IT, computersciences or business with additionalqualifications in technology.•6-8 years of project solutions delivery(development/configuration) experience withat least 4 years of experience in Concursolutions integrated with SAP ERP, with atleast one global company* Knowledge of Concur configuration capabilitiesand automation OOTB features e.g. webservice integration tasks, APIs, workflowconfig* Concur Expense Professional and ConcurTravel certification is a plus* Demonstratable knowledge of PI andintegration capabilities with Concur* Demonstrate capabilities to develop Concurreports in Cognos* Minimum of 2 full life cycle Concur cloudimplementations encompassing multipleConcur modules/processes & integration withERP.•Good understanding of interfaces acrossenterprise landscapes: e.g. SAP, MDM etc.•Excellent knowledge of implementationmethodologies (e.g. Agile, SCRUM)
