About the Role

This is an opportunity to grow as a Client Servicing professional with a dynamic team. The role requires someone who can manage client relationships, lead integrated campaigns, and ensure seamless execution, focusing on mainline advertising while having a basic understanding of digital marketing.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client briefs, creating internal briefs, and ensuring alignment across teams. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

You will conceptualize and execute mainline campaigns, collaborating with internal teams. This includes presenting creative ideas, budgets, and campaign reports to clients, managing feedback and approvals. Additionally, you will oversee budgets, timelines, and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.

You will support in pitches and new business opportunities alongside the creative team. To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills. Strong organisational and project management abilities with attention to detail are also essential.

  • Key Accountabilities:
