Job Title: Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded operations leader to oversee all administrative functions in our organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, supervising administrative staff, and ensuring efficient and effective office management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight:
    • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
    • Monitor operational projects and ensure timely completion.
    • Oversee facilities management and maintenance.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and manage the administrative team.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Budget Management:
    • Manage the operational budget.
    • Monitor expenses and suggest cost-saving initiatives.
    • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Communication and Coordination:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on operational matters.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations on operational metrics and KPIs.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify and mitigate operational risks.
    • Develop and implement risk management strategies.
    • Maintain records and documentation in accordance with organisational requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • · Bachelor's degree.
  • · Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role.
  • · Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • · Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • · Sound knowledge of office procedures and operations management.
  • · Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • · Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
