As a Lead User Experience Designer, you will take ownership of crafting intuitive user experiences across Indus. You will work on designing and building clean, seamless flows in Flutter (mobile) and VueJS (web), turning complex investment processes into effortless experiences.

You will collaborate closely with our founding team from concept through to deployment. We value delivering high-quality work at speed, listening to our users, and trusting each other to take ownership and make informed decisions.

  • Designing and building clean, intuitive flows in Flutter and VueJS
  • Transforming complex investment processes into seamless experiences
  • Prototyping and testing new features with users, then refining for launch
  • Crafting and maintaining a scalable design system for future growth
Your Expertise
  • At least 3 years of experience in frontend or full-stack engineering
  • A strong portfolio of shipped UI/UX work
  • Ability to take a feature from wireframe through to production-ready
  • Strong design sense including typography, spacing, motion, and interaction patterns
  • Bonus: fintech experience, Flutter/VueJS experience, or both
