As a Principal UX Designer, you'll focus on creating seamless end-to-end experiences for both admins and customers. You'll enable admins to manage budgets and permissions, and help customers purchase, track orders, and access real-time support. You'll approach this challenge holistically, collaborating across teams to ensure our service is scalable, efficient, and best-in-class.

This role also requires strong UX leadership across product teams and initiatives. You'll influence priorities within our domain and align with cross-functional partners and senior leaders on system-oriented experiences that support strategic goals. You'll actively mentor junior designers, model high-quality design practices, and help grow the team by providing feedback, supporting onboarding, sharing resources, and contributing to hiring efforts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conceptualizing and exploring innovative new product design solutions that evolve and differentiate our experience for customers.
  • Shaping ambiguous ideas into concrete user stories and innovative product experiences using a user-centered design process.
  • Collaborating with data scientists to experiment and evolve our design composition and design generation algorithms.
  • Collaborating with our in-house design systems and marketing design teams to ensure generated designs meet the highest quality standards.
  • Cross-functionally aligning with peers throughout the product ecosystem to drive creativity and innovation.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

A proven track record of designing innovative digital products within large-scale product ecosystems.

Experience working collaboratively with product, engineering, design, content, and user research teams.

Able to direct and mentor junior designers and guide multi-disciplinary collaborators through a successful user-centered process.

Multiple case studies demonstrating user-centered, creative, highly conceptual, and innovative design solutions that had measurable positive impact for users and the business.
