We are seeking a seasoned design professional to drive the creation of engaging user experiences. This role involves overseeing the development of intuitive and effective digital products, ensuring seamless interactions and optimal usability.

About the Role

This senior position requires an individual with extensive experience in designing digital products, preferably in e-commerce environments. A strong portfolio showcasing UX and design skills is essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of user-centered design methods, data-driven decision making, and collaboration techniques. They should be able to leverage data and insights to inform design decisions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes that meet product requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure design consistency.
  • Analyze user behavior, market trends, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, effectively communicating the value proposition and desired outcomes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4-8 years of experience in designing digital products as a UX or Product Designer.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX and design skills through multiple case studies demonstrating user-centered and innovative design solutions.
  • Able to build strong relationships with cross-functional peers, including designers, product managers, and engineers.
  • Experience leveraging quantitative and/or qualitative data to inspire simple design solutions and decisions.
