Job Description
  • Project planning, communication, and execution: Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) with costing information, ensuring projects are completed within deadline targets with high-quality deliverables.
  • Documentation: Guide and review Requirements Documents, Functional Specs with wireframe diagrams and process charts, and Technical Design Documents. Prepare and review proposals for projects and change requests.
  • Requirements gathering, analysis, and management: Organize meetings with stakeholders to capture requirements and turn them into Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) documents. Capture, guide, and review detailed scope of change requests, managing scope effectively.
  • Risks and dependency management: Identify and manage project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, communicating through project status reports and project boards.
  • Review processes: Actively review project teams' project artifacts and documents.
  • Pre-sales/Proposals: Present similar projects and related products to prospects during visits. Engage in Proof-of-Concept engagements held in client premises. Develop proposal scope, initial high-level implementation plan, licensing requirements, and fill RFP matrices related to area of knowledge.
  • Training: Prepare training materials and conduct trainings.
  • Communications and presentations: Conduct project presentations, daily huddles, project board, steering committee meetings, and facilitate effective communication.
