Job Description:

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise content management (ECM) solutions

As a Digital Transformation Expert, you will be responsible for leading the development and deployment of content management systems that drive digital transformation and improve communication across enterprise platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable ECM solutions using IBM FileNet P8 and related technologies
  • Lead end-to-end content lifecycle management including capture, storage, retrieval, and archival
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Manage digital communication workflows and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems
  • Oversee project delivery, timelines, and stakeholder communication
  • Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and upgrades of ECM platforms

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong skills in ECM principles, workflow automation, document management, and business process management

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong hands-on experience with IBM FileNet P8, Content Navigator, and Case Manager
  • Solid understanding of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) principles
  • Experience in workflow automation, document management, and business process management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability in project management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership
  • Familiarity with integration of ECM systems with other enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM)
  • Knowledge of digital communication platforms and strategies
