Finance Expert

We seek a skilled finance module implementation expert to work closely with the finance and business teams. The ideal candidate should have strong business acumen, be able to quickly pick up business processes, and think critically to develop effective solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning & Optimization
    • Oversee end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting deployments, upgrades, and enhancements.
    • Configure modules – Align to development team and customize workflows to align with business needs.
  • Leadership & Communication
    • Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.
    • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and oversee their technical implementation.
  • Process Improvement & Automation
    • Identify opportunities to streamline processes within ERP, CRM, and other integrated systems also implement best practices.
  • System Integrations
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP B1 with external applications.
  • Ownership & Mentorship
    • Lead small teams or external vendors in project execution, setting timelines and quality benchmarks.
    • Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing sessions to junior team members on finance functionalities and best practices.
  • Troubleshooting, Support & Documentation
    • Oversee debugging and root-cause analysis for financial issues.
    • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and SOPs for system users.

The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years' experience and at least one complete cycle of financial planning, preferably in manufacturing or trading. Reporting will be to the lead consultant and finance head.
