Job Title: Senior Associate/Manager – UK Asset Finance Domain

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Asset Finance Expert, supporting consulting engagements across various aspects of the asset finance lifecycle.

  • As a subject matter expert, you will act as a key advisor for UK Asset Finance, driving business process improvement and ensuring effective IT test scenarios are developed.
  • You will lead and support user acceptance testing and system integration testing phases, ensuring alignment with business expectations and terminology.
  • In collaboration with business experts, you will review and validate test scenarios to ensure seamless communication and delivery between business and technology teams.
  • You will leverage tools such as Jira, Zephyr, and other requirements/test management platforms to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing insights into Asset Finance workflows, including point of sale, rescheduling, novation, asset handling, stock audits, inspections, and recoveries.
  • Familiarity with Alfa v6 or similar Asset Finance platforms is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4-14 years of experience in Asset Finance, preferably in the UK market.
  • A strong understanding of vehicle and equipment financing, excluding capital assets like equity.
  • Hands-on experience with end-to-end Asset Finance processes.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard terminologies and business workflows.
  • Exposure to testing methodologies, tools, and business-IT collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Prior experience in consulting and exposure to Alfa v6 or similar Asset Finance platforms are highly valued. The ability to work with global clients, especially in the UK financial services sector, is also an advantage.
