Job Title: Senior Analyst//Team Leader//AM//Manager - Asset Management

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Analysis: Advanced Excel proficiency, including modeling, pivot tables, and data visualization tools to analyze property-level and portfolio-level financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
  • Asset Performance Evaluation: Strong accounting knowledge, with the ability to read, interpret, and evaluate asset performance vs. budget and historical benchmarks, identifying key trends, anomalies, and KPIs across financial statements.
  • Synthesis and Communication: Synthesizing findings into actionable insights for the asset management team through clear communication of financial insights and operational observations.
  • Project Management: Project management skills, including coordinating timelines, managing deliverables, and tracking progress across multiple projects and deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in Asset Management Analyst.
  • Software Skills: Experience with Yardi / StarRez is a plus.
  • Collaboration: Collaborative attitude, comfortable working cross-functionally with property managers, leasing teams, finance, and ownership.
Work Environment:

Hybrid Model: Flexible work arrangement available from 2:00 PM IST to 11:00 PM IST.
