Job Description

As a seasoned performance marketing expert, you will spearhead our digital growth strategy, driving measurable results across paid channels, lead generation, and conversion funnels.

This role focuses exclusively on performance-driven marketing initiatives, optimizing paid media investments to support enrollment and revenue targets for executive education and digital learning programs.

  • Strategy & Leadership: Define and execute the performance marketing strategy for our Executive Education & Digital Learning portfolio.
  • Paid Media & Campaign Management: Own the end-to-end management of paid digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), programmatic networks, retargeting, and email marketing.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Develop robust measurement frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance and optimize ROI.
  • Marketing Automation & CRM Integration: Leverage marketing automation platforms for lead nurturing, segmentation, and personalized campaigns.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid media, lead generation, and conversion funnels.
  • Proven success in managing large-scale paid digital campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, programmatic, and email channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
