Job Title: Business Operations Associate

As a key member of our production team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless execution of video recording sessions. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating with speakers, editors, and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of recordings, maintaining detailed tracking sheets, and serving as a liaison between teams.

  • Coordinate with speakers, editors, and stakeholders for scheduled recordings, guaranteeing adherence to session flow and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain accurate tracking sheets for video recordings, edits, and reviews, ensuring prompt updates are made to the editors.
  • Act as a communication bridge between teams, collecting feedback from stakeholders and facilitating proper updates.
  • Assist in arranging studio equipment, confirming speaker availability, and organizing session resources.
  • Ensure every video undergoes thorough review, editing, and upload processes. Facilitate review calls and gather final approvals before upload.
  • Provide daily updates on studio activities, sharing them with team leads and relevant stakeholders.
  • Verify that video files are properly backed up and linked to the master tracking sheet.
