Key Responsibilities:

• Material Supply Chain Management: Oversee the supply chain of finished goods to customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Inventory Planning and Execution: Plan and execute inventory management based on open orders and production timelines.
• Verify Inventory Invoices and Documents: Verify invoices, challans, e-way bills, and inventory loading documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Arrange Logistics: Arrange logistics for outward materials, optimizing costs and delivery timelines.
• Supervise Storage and Packaging: Supervise the proper storage, packaging, and loading of goods to minimize damage during transit.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Teams and Outward Activities: Manage the dispatch of raw materials and semi-finished goods to warehouse teams for processing, maintaining detailed records.
• Monitor Return of Processed Materials: Monitor the return of processed materials from warehouse teams, ensuring quantity and quality checks.
• Coordinate with Quality Control and Production Teams: Coordinate with the quality control and production teams to ensure material readiness for dispatch and job work.
• Stock and Inventory Management: Maintain updated stock records for finished goods, raw materials, and semi-finished goods.
• Manage Warehouse Operations: Manage warehouse operations for FG (Finished Goods) to ensure efficient handling and easy retrieval.
• Perform Daily Updates in Stock Registers: Perform daily updates in stock registers and reconcile discrepancies through periodic audits.
• Maintain Stock Levels: Ensure stock levels are maintained to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse activities, including shipment volumes and delivery timelines.
• Track Materials in Transit: Track materials in transit, ensuring safe and on-time delivery.
• Generate Sales Bills and E-way Bills: Generate sales bills, challans, and e-way bills, maintaining compliance with GST and other regulatory requirements.
• Present Warehouse Reports: Present warehouse reports during monthly meetings and provide feedback on operational challenges.
• Customer and Communication Management: Communicate with customers regarding material availability, shipment dates, and delivery details.
• Provide Dispatch Details to Customers: Provide dispatch details to customers on the same day as material dispatch via email or messaging platforms.
• Address Customer Inquiries: Address customer inquiries related to dispatch, product deliveries, and other logistics concerns.
• Build Relationships with Customer Logistics Personnel: Build and maintain strong relationships with customer logistics personnel to ensure smooth operations.
• Compliance and Workplace Practices: Ensure all warehouse activities comply with company policies, GST regulations, and transport laws.
• Monitor Safety Standards: Monitor and enforce safety standards during loading, unloading, and transportation of goods.
• Implement 5S and Lean Management Practices: Implement 5S and lean management practices in the workplace and ensure all team members are trained.
• Support Management in Developing Cost-Effective Transport Solutions: Support management in developing cost-effective transport solutions by reviewing transport rates periodically.
• Undertake Additional Tasks: Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management, ensuring alignment with overall operational goals.
• Export and Import Packing and Dispatch: Ensure proper packing of goods for export and import to prevent damage during transit.
• Prepare and Maintain Packing Lists: Prepare and maintain packing lists and ensure compliance with export-import documentation requirements.
• Verify Product Labeling and Packaging: Verify product labeling, tagging, and packaging as per customer and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee Loading and Unloading of Goods: Oversee loading and unloading of goods to ensure safe handling during dispatch.
• Ensure Compliance with International Shipping Standards: Ensure compliance with international shipping standards and regulations.
• Track Shipments: Track shipments to ensure timely delivery and manage any delays or discrepancies.
• Provide Regular Updates to Management: Provide regular updates to the management on shipment status and warehouse performance metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum one year of experience in warehouse management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and tools.
