Warehouse Management Systems SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, building, and implementing WMS solutions that meet the needs of our clients.Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and implement WMS solutions that improve inventory accuracy, reduce costs, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
  • Manage inbound receipts, replenishment, outbound logistics, internal warehouse transfers, and other key processes to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for WMS solutions, including configuration, technical, and code changes.
  • Collaborate with development teams to deliver solutions on time and provide post-go-live support to address defects quickly.
  • Lead the resolution of high-priority tickets and provide level 3 support to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in WMS implementation, design, and maintenance.
  • Expertise in management of inbound receipts, replenishment, outbound logistics, internal warehouse transfers, and other key processes.
  • Strong understanding of WMS configurations, technical documentation, and code changes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
