Warehouse Management Specialist Job

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Warehouse Management Specialist to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Warehouse Management solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Warehouse Management modules.
  • Engage with senior business stakeholders to gather and analyze complex business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations.
  • Provide strategic guidance on best practices and optimization of Warehouse Management solutions.
  • Mentor junior consultants and provide leadership in project delivery.
  • Oversee and participate in system testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
  • Ensure post-implementation support and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve high-level functional issues in Warehouse Management applications.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience as a functional consultant with Warehouse Management solutions.
  • Expertise in supply chain planning processes and Warehouse Management modules such as Outbound, Inbound, Allocation, Picking, Put Away, Wave processing, Cycle counts, Inventory Management, Configuration and Reports.
  • Strong understanding of integrations connecting systems like Oracle Cloud and OTM (Order Transportation Management).
  • Familiar with Moca commands.
  • Reading/Writing SQL and PL/SQL working with database tools like Lexedit.
  • Strong understanding of master data management (Customers, Suppliers, Items, Footprints).
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and provide strategic direction to project teams.
