Job Title: Digital Marketplace Specialist

 

As a Digital Marketplace Specialist, you will oversee the company's presence and performance on various online platforms. Your role will involve managing product listings, inventory, pricing strategies, sales optimization, and customer service across multiple channels.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize product listings to increase visibility and conversion rates.
  • Develop accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, pricing, and keywords.
  • Analyze competitor listings and implement improvements based on trends and best practices.

 

Marketplace Optimization:

  • Monitor marketplace performance, sales trends, and customer feedback to improve product listings.
  • Conduct competitor analysis of pricing, marketing, and new products.

 

Inventory Management:

  • Maintain optimal stock levels to avoid out-of-stock situations or overstocking.
  • Coordinate with warehouse or logistics teams for timely restocking and dispatching.

 

Order & Customer Management:

  • Oversee order processing for smooth and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns effectively and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with platform policies regarding customer service and returns.

 

Pricing & Promotions:

  • Monitor pricing strategies to remain competitive within the marketplace.
  • Implement promotional campaigns, discounts, and bundles to drive sales and attract new customers.
  • Knowledge of running marketing campaigns and optimization.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing online marketplaces and digital channels.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
