Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Professional to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in managing paid campaigns, utilizing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, launch, and optimize paid marketing initiatives on various platforms.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators, return on ad spend, and conversion data to inform strategy and improve efficiency.
- Insights & Reporting: Prepare and present detailed performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Skills Management: Utilize proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, e-commerce marketplace platforms, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media and advertising trends to enhance engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the brand and creative teams to ensure messaging consistency across all touchpoints.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years in digital marketing within e-commerce or D2C brands.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, e-commerce marketplace platforms, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
- Analytical Skills: Strong skills in A/B testing, conversion optimization, and attribution modeling.
- Creative Input: Basic knowledge of design tools for creative collaboration.
