Project Director Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the delivery of projects, engage with customers, and manage stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in product companies, experience with AI-driven solutions, and a strong understanding of Indian enterprise customers.

This role demands ownership of end-to-end project delivery – from planning and customer interfacing to execution and deployment – while working closely with cross-functional teams. You will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction, timely delivery, and alignment with business goals.

The person in this role is expected to look externally to identify best-in-class delivery models, understand complex customer requirements, and drive multiple projects that improve customer experience and business outcomes. The project manager will play a pivotal role in managing AI-integrated product deliveries, working alongside engineering and design teams, and ensuring that the final solutions meet client expectations and organizational standards.
