Job Description: Associate Director, Production (BFSI)

Location: Mumbai

Role Overview: The Associate Director, Production (BFSI) will lead a dedicated vertical, managing end-to-end production processes and client relationships. Reporting to the Director of Production, this role will oversee a team of 2-3 Creative Producers (project managers) and ensure seamless execution of projects from initial brief to final asset delivery. The ideal candidate will combine a strong production background with excellent client-servicing skills, ensuring high-quality deliverables, adherence to internal and external processes, and team empowerment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Manage and oversee all stages of production projects within the BFSI vertical, from initial client briefs to final delivery of assets, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients within the vertical, building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and empower a team of 2-3 Creative Producers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring effective project management.
• Process Compliance: Ensure all internal and external processes are followed, including documentation, contracts, payments, and compliance with company standards.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client objectives.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of creative and production output, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and brand guidelines.
• Budget & Resource Management: Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor coordination to optimize efficiency and profitability.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to project timelines, budgets, or client satisfaction, escalating issues to the Director of Production as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 7-10 years of proven experience in production and client servicing, preferably within the BFSI sectors, with a strong understanding of creative production processes.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and empower a team of junior producers or project managers.
• Client Management: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of production workflows, including creative development, asset production, and delivery across digital and traditional media.
• Organizational Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Process Orientation: Meticulous attention to detail in managing contracts, payments, and documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with BFSI sectors is a plus, with an understanding of sector-specific creative and regulatory requirements.
