AI Innovation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and innovative professional to join our team as an AI Innovation Specialist. This role involves driving growth through strategic planning, execution, and optimization of LinkedIn campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.



Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rate, conversion rate, cost per lead, and engagement rate.
  • Create and manage content calendars for posts, ads, and targeted campaigns to ensure consistent messaging and branding.


Outreach and Collaboration
  • Support and manage email campaigns, LinkedIn InMail campaigns, and other outreach channels to engage with leads and clients.
  • Segment leads, track responses, and optimize outreach efforts for higher conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align messaging and targeting strategies to drive sales pipeline growth.


Qualifications and Skills
  • First Principles Thinking.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing / outreach / sales enablement (internship or full-time).
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager and email campaign tools along with Agentic AI tools for marketing.
  • Good understanding of marketing KPIs and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interest in AI, SaaS, or deep-tech industries is a plus.
