Powder Coatings Sales Professional

Job Summary:

As a seasoned sales professional in the powder coatings industry, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets. Your key objectives will include identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, qualifying prospects, developing relationships with potential customers, negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining ongoing account management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and networking to identify new business opportunities
  • Generating and nurturing leads to achieve sales targets
  • Qualifying prospects to ensure alignment with our product offerings
  • Developing strong relationships with potential customers to drive sales growth
  • Negotiating and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Maintaining ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technical sales
  • Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, marketing, sales, or a related field
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage one's own time
  • Ability to build relationships and close deals

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • 2-6 years of experience in technical sales in powder coatings (preferably in powder coatings)
  • Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.Sc/B.Tech/B.E.)
  • Strong understanding of coatings technology and applications; ability to communicate complex technical information effectively
  • Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with customers; ability to work independently as well as part of a team
