Business valuation is a critical component of making informed investment decisions. At our organization, we require an experienced professional to lead our valuation efforts and guide us in providing high-quality services to our clients.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for extracting and mapping data from financial statements, tax returns, and other relevant documents into valuation models and Excel-based tools. They will also conduct research on industry trends, guideline public companies, and precedent transactions, and analyze historical and projected financial statements to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for further investigation.

  • Analyze complex financial data and create accurate valuations using industry standard methods
  • Develop and implement valuation models and spreadsheets to support business decisions
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
  • Prepare and present valuation reports to stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, as well as a business valuation credential (CFA), CA, MBA or other advanced degree or certification.
