Job Title: E-commerce Operations Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations Coordinator to join our team and drive the success of our e-commerce business in the jewelry industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in order processing, delivery, and returns management, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
This role is responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams to execute brand, marketing, and e-commerce activities, and ensuring seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints.
