Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jewelry Operations Manager located in Mumbai. The Jewelry Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate with suppliers and retailers, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery of jewelry products. Responsibilities include ensuring quality control, handling customer service issues, optimizing workflow, and maintaining records. The manager will also collaborate with the sales team to meet business goals and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Experience in inventory management and supply chain coordination
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and operations management software
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Jewelry Operations.
- Previous experience in the jewelry industry is Mandatory
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
