House of Quadri, located in Mumbai, specializes in contemporary lab-grown diamond jewelry made in India. We design, manufacture, and directly retail our jewelry products as a D2C brand with an online-first approach. Our small, dynamic team is dedicated to creating high-quality, innovative jewelry for our clientele.
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager in the jewelry sector, based in Mumbai. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Daily tasks include client communications, sales support, coordination with design and production teams, and overseeing the client order fulfillment process. The role also involves identifying client needs and opportunities to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service and relationship management experience
- Knowledge of jewelry design and production processes is beneficial
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Experience in sales or marketing is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
