You're someone with a unique eye—the kind that spots the tiniest misalignment in a showcase or knows when a customer needs a moment of quiet attention. You take initiative without being asked, lead by example, and instinctively take ownership of your space and team.

Your Responsibilities:

Customer Experience & Sales

  • Drive store performance by delivering an unforgettable luxury experience.
  • Create deep customer relationships through client Eling, CRM, and follow-ups.
  • Champion a sales-driven culture while keeping service at the heart of every interaction.

Store Ownership & Operations

  • Own the daily operations of the store—think of it as your place.
  • Manage stock levels, inventory accuracy, security, and cash procedures.
  • Ensure the store is immaculate and aligned with brand aesthetics at all times.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, trust, and elegance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and nurture future leaders.

What You Bring:

  • 4–6 years of retail experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role (jewelry or luxury a big plus).
  • An entrepreneurial mindset—you run the store like it's your own.
  • An eye for detail that never misses anything.
  • Deep respect for customer relationships and long-term service.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with retail systems (POS, CRM, inventory tools).
