Job Description

Managing and leading the portfolio shaping and management.

* Build short and long-term effective strategies for the brand in line with the overall marketing strategy of the company. Gain positive accelerated impact on brand health parameters like awareness, usage, consideration & imagery

* Designs and communicate winning marketing communications. Supports sales team through innovative/ relevant marketing campaigns and enhancement of sales communication materials,

* Understand Sales team pain points & Customer pain points and provide the right solutions to drive equity

* Periodic product presentations and necessary training on products and in-clinic conduct.

* Analyze, evaluate, and recommend growth strategies in liaison with R&D, Sales and Regulatory teams and relevant external agencies. * Identifies as well as creates network of KOLs to build strategic relationships for driving brand objectives

* Develop robust processes or improve the current processes on business reviews and performance/ KPI tracking - Marketing programs, Sales Trends, Supply Chain, New product launch

* Understand consumer pain points/challenges and work closely with digital team to create robust plans to drive consumerization.
