Jewelry Operations Manager Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to oversee daily operations, coordinate with suppliers and retailers, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery of jewelry products.

  • Ensure quality control and handle customer service issues
  • Optimize workflow and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet business goals and improve operational efficiency

Responsibilities:

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Manage and coordinate inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and storing merchandise
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of jewelry products
  • Customer Service: Handle customer service issues and resolve conflicts in a professional manner
  • Workflow Optimization: Analyze and optimize workflow processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, sales, and customer interactions

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications
  • Experience in inventory management and supply chain coordination
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and operations management software
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality control
  • Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Jewelry Operations
  • Previous experience in the jewelry industry is mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
