Senior Placement Specialist

The role of Senior Placement Manager is pivotal in driving performance and achieving targets. The successful candidate will identify and establish placement opportunities, foster strong relationships with employers and funders, and coordinate placement-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish strategic partnerships with companies across India to secure job placements.
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG NETWORKS WITH EMPLOYERS AND FUNDERS TO FACILITATE HIRING AND SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES.
- Collaborate with local center teams to source job opportunities within cities and rural areas.
- Organize industry talks, visits, job fairs, and employer interaction sessions to enhance student employability.
- Analyze placement data and prepare reports aligned with industry standards.
- Lead and manage a team to achieve high performance and targets.
- Work closely with training teams to bridge skill gaps and align student readiness with market needs.
- Cultivate Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with employers for hiring or corporate social responsibility partnerships.
- Excellent corporate relations and networking skills.
- Strong presentation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Strategic thinking and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM/ATS is an advantage.
