Job Title: Placement Manager

About the Opportunity:

We seek a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our Placements team. Ideal candidates possess 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably from a reputable business school.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies to onboard new corporate partners.

2. Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate partners.

3. Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to secure placement opportunities.

4. Collaborate with academic departments to align placement opportunities with student skills and curriculum.

5. Stay updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities for student placements and internships.

Required Skills and Experience:

Education:

• MBA or equivalent from a reputable business school, with a specialization in Finance, Business Analytics, or Data Science.

Experience:

• 8-10 years of relevant experience in placements, corporate relations, or a related field.

Essential Skills:

• Strong understanding of the placement process and industry requirements.

• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.

• Proven ability to develop and implement successful placement strategies.
