About the Role:

As a skilled and driven Personal Finance Advisor, you will build strong relationships with clients and help them achieve their financial goals. You will be the face of our personalized wealth management platform, providing expert guidance and support to help clients make informed investment decisions and grow their wealth.

If you excel at building trust, explaining complex financial concepts in simple terms, and delivering exceptional results, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Establish rapport with clients, explain our advisory model, and onboard them into our portfolio management services.
  2. Manage your sales pipeline like a pro, following up on leads, closing deals, and hitting revenue targets.
  3. Host regular review sessions with each client, breaking down portfolio performance and answering questions.
  4. Maintain open communication channels with clients through emails, calls, and updates.
  5. Identify opportunities to grow each portfolio, cross-selling financial products, upselling asset allocations, and deepening client relationships.
  6. Analyze client portfolios and suggest smart improvements aligned with our core investment philosophy.
What We Look For:
  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or advisory roles within the financial services sector.
  2. Strong academic background
  3. Exceptional communication skills
  4. In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investments, and wealth management strategies
  5. High sales ownership and strong relationship-building instincts
  6. Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for clients.
