As a senior financial advisor to the executive team, you will provide strategic insights and recommendations on finance, operations, and business planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of strategic business initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals.">
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes, maintaining regulatory compliance and driving fiscal discipline.">
  • Optimize operational processes by reviewing, redesigning, and implementing workflow and efficiency improvements.">
  • Coordinate and communicate objectives across departments, facilitating collaboration and organizational alignment.">
  • Lead cross-functional projects including M&A, fundraising, ERP implementation, cost reduction, and new market entry.">
  • Participate in executive meetings, follow up on action items, and drive execution of key deliverables.">
  • Represent leadership in high-level communications.">
  • Mentor teams on best practices in finance, compliance, and operations, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.">

Qualifications and Skills

  • ">
  • CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CA (Chartered Accountant) certification required.">
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline.">
  • 8-12 years of progressive experience in finance, operations, or business management ideally in a high-growth or startup environment.">
  • Proven leadership and project management skills; experience working directly with senior leadership.">
  • Advanced understanding of financial statements, compliance, risk management, and process optimization.">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; able to influence and build relationships across all levels.">
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.">
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality.">
