Senior Financial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Manager to oversee and direct the accounting operations for the North India region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the entire general accounting processes including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Inventory Accounting, and Reconciliation
  • Manage substantial volumes of financial data such as 300-400 invoices per month
  • Supervise debtors, creditors, and inventory-related accounting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal controls
  • Work closely with the CFO for financial planning, budgeting, and strategy alignment

Team Management:

  • Lead and guide a team of around 20 accounting professionals
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and performance excellence
Candidate Profile

Solid background in general accounting and financial operations

Experience in managing large data sets and high transaction environments

Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems

Excellent analytical, communication, and team management skills

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

CPA or CMA certification is a plus

Proven experience in a senior accounting role, preferably in a regional or multi-site environment

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and best practices

Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities

Excellent proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
