About the Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of incorporation services for international clients. This involves handling company incorporation processes, coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams, and providing efficient business management services. A strong understanding of local laws and regulations is essential for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Incorporation Process Management: Handle company incorporation processes for international clients, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Client Coordination: Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth onboarding and incorporation.
  • Business Operations Management: Assist in the management of business operations, including document handling, filing, and submission to regulatory bodies.
  • Task Execution: Support the team in executing tasks related to business registrations, bank account openings, and other necessary services.
  • Reporting and Data Management: Prepare and manage reports, databases, and files related to ongoing incorporation projects.
  • Client Support: Provide client support and resolve issues related to incorporation or ongoing company management services.
  • Project Monitoring: Monitor and follow up on ongoing projects to ensure deadlines and client expectations are met.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in operations, preferably in incorporation services or business management.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
