Workday Integration Expert

This role involves configuring and integrating Workday modules, as well as analyzing business requirements to translate them into Workday configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure Workday HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation, and Benefits modules.
  • Integrate SAP Ariba with ERP systems, such as SAP ECC/S4HANA.
  • Develop and implement Workday configurations based on business requirements.
  • Assist in go-live planning and post-deployment support.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in technical implementation and integration projects.
  • 4 years of experience in related roles, such as Rexp or similar.
  • Workday Certification is mandatory.
  • Deep understanding of procurement processes and vendor management practices.
  • Experience with ERP integration, especially with SAP ECC/S4HANA.

Preferred Skills:

  • SAP Ariba certification.
  • Workday HCM Certification.
  • Expertise in SAP ECC/S4HANA.
