Enterprise Risk Manager

Job Description:

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of major regulatory guidelines, including RBI circulars and Basel accords. They will conduct stress testing, data analysis, and result interpretation for various scenarios as per RBI guidelines and bank-defined policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform risk assessment and quantification of Pillar II risks with guidance from the Enterprise Risk Management Committee or top management for continuous improvement.
  • Implement and monitor the Bank's Risk Appetite Statement and highlight breaches to senior management, recommending revisions based on bank strategy and regulatory guidelines.
  • Support preparation, documentation, and governance of Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) in line with regulatory expectations.
  • Calculate and analyze Risk-Adjusted Return on Capital (RAROC) to support risk-based performance measurement.
  • Conduct emerging risk analysis, including climate-risk assessment, and integrate it into risk management frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of RBI guidelines, Basel accords, and risk management principles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
