Enterprise Risk Manager

The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function is responsible for providing strategic risk management oversight to the organization.

The ERM team works closely with various business units and functions to identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact the organization's ability to achieve its objectives.

  • Coordinate the development of key risk reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather data and information necessary for risk assessments.
  • Develop and maintain risk registers and dashboards to track and monitor risk exposures.
  • Analyze and evaluate risks to identify areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide risk advisory services to business units and functions.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal audit and external auditors to ensure effective risk management practices.
  • Develop and implement training programs for employees on risk management best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. finance, accounting, business administration).
  • At least 7 years of experience in risk management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
