Job Title: Enterprise Risk Manager

As an experienced Enterprise Risk Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the technology risk landscape of our organization. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with technology infrastructure and processes.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify areas of improvement and develop mitigation plans to address identified risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of risk management strategies and policies.
  • Provide expert advice on risk management practices and procedures to stakeholders, including senior management and external auditors.

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years' experience in risk management, preferably in a financial or IT-related field.
  • Expert knowledge of risk management principles, practices, and industry standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate complex risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ISMS, CCNA, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and frameworks related to risk management in the banking sector.
