The role of Enterprise Risk Management Senior Manager involves assessing financial services provided to clients. This includes identifying and evaluating risks, sharing these with the client, and ensuring alignment on mitigation or remediation. The position also involves leading discussions with senior client and Genpact stakeholders on risk assessments performed.

Responsibilities
  1. Enabling strong operational risk management by identifying, escalating, evaluating, and monitoring risks across business units.
  2. Sharing identified risks with client stakeholders and leading discussion on risk alignment, mitigation, and alignment.
  3. Enabling business to identify and monitor Key Risk & Control indicators with established triggers and limits.
  4. Enable periodic testing of key controls for critical functions and supporting gap remediation as needed.
  5. Seamless engagement with delivery teams and other control partners.
  6. Quality and timeliness of key metric monitoring.
  7. On time delivery of commitments.
  8. Incident investigation and reporting.
  9. Strong communication skills to manage Sr client stakeholders.
Qualifications We Seek in You
  • MBA Finance/Chartered Accountant degree.
  • Relevant years of experience in managing risks for a banking/financial services organization or handling risk management consulting in Big 4 or similar organizations.
