  • Growth Experiments: Design, execute, and optimize experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Customer Acquisition: Engage with prospects through outreach, partnerships, content distribution, and creative campaigns.
    • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze performance metrics, track results, and pivot quickly to maximize growth.
    • Content Creation: Develop compelling content (emails, posts, case studies) to attract attention and build trust.
    • Community Engagement: Participate in online forums, social channels, and communities to increase brand awareness.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with founders, product, and marketing teams to turn growth insights into actionable plans.
    Requirements
    • 1–3 years of experience in a growth function
      • Digital Marketing Fundamentals: Understanding of funnels, conversion rates, paid/organic growth levers
      • Analytical Skills: Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and data analysis
      • Results-Driven Attitude: Willingness to hustle, prospect, and take calculated risks
      • Bonus Skills: Experience in SaaS, B2B marketing, or AI tools
