Ecommerce Growth Executive Opportunity



Job Description:

We're hiring a talented Ecommerce Growth Executive to join our team. As a key member of our growth squad, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned ecommerce professional with a proven track record of scaling revenue through Shopify. You should have a strong knowledge of Shopify apps, integrations, and growth tools, as well as experience with GA4, Facebook Pixel, and marketing attribution.

In this role, you'll own Nap Chief's Shopify storefront end-to-end, from merchandising and customer journey optimization to growth experiments and revenue-driving initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fully own the Shopify storefront: design, navigation, catalogs, collections, and product detail pages
  • Upload and manage products, sizes, inventory & seasonal collections
  • Build engaging landing pages, festive drops, and limited-edition launches
