Objective:
We are seeking a highly skilled International University Partnership Specialist to drive growth and market presence through strategic partnerships with global universities.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Partnerships: Develop and implement plans to acquire new university partners, expanding our market presence and driving business growth.
- University Identification and Onboarding: Identify potential university partners, establish connections, and onboard them by presenting our offerings and highlighting the value we bring.
- Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and sustain long-term relationships with senior administrators, faculty, and decision-makers at universities.
- Tailored Solutions: Understand unique challenges of each university and recommend customized solutions that align with their goals and objectives.
- Negotiation and Partnerships: Lead Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) discussions and negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships that align with organizational objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful partnerships.
- Performance Reporting: Provide regular performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, and growth opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 3-7 years of experience in international university partnerships, acquisitions, or higher education business development.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders confidently.
- A proven track record of building and maintaining B2B or institutional partnerships.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work across time zones and travel internationally as required.
