We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven communicator to join our team as an Appointment Setter. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our brand and services, and scheduling high-quality appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our brand and services
- Identify, engage, and qualify leads based on their needs and business goals
- Schedule high-quality appointments for our sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff and conversion process
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proven experience working with clients in Australia and the USA
- Confidence and resilience in making cold calls and handling objections
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
- Track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and sales targets
- High energy, positive attitude, and self-motivation
