The Associate Business Head will spearhead the growth of our operations in Hyderabad, driving admissions, revenue, and brand awareness.

Main responsibilities include setting center-level admission targets, developing strategies for student enrollments, and driving revenue growth by aligning sales, marketing, and academic teams.

The role also involves leading Sales Executives, Marketing Managers, and Center Teams, fostering a culture of teamwork, discipline, and high performance.

The Associate Business Head will design and execute business-to-leader (BTL) campaigns, drive strong branding and visibility for PW across Hyderabad, and monitor return on investment (ROI) of campaigns.

Additionally, the role includes overseeing day-to-day operations across assigned centers, ensuring seamless coordination between teams, and tracking student experience and parent satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with 2+ years in a leadership role, and expertise in BTL/field marketing and lead generation.

They should also have excellent communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi, as well as a proven track record of achieving sales/admissions targets.
